To book
1. To make the reservation our guests are requested to let us know the chosen room or apartment, the number of people, the day of arrival
2. Reservation will be detailed with a 50% deposit et the reservation to make through postal order, bank transfer or credit card. Using this ladder you have to inform us about all your data by e mail, fax. We accept  Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Carta sì, Jcb card
3. If you cancel the reservation we cannot give you back the deposit
4. We kindly please  to respect the time arrival ( except previous communication or particular requests). If you don’t do we must consider the reservation canceled and we cannot give you back the deposit
5. You can pay the rest of your reservation on sight, by credit card or cash.

Instruction for your arrival and departure
We normally do check in guests from 3 to 6 p.m
We kindly ask you all your delay and need to different time arrival in order to agree with you a new time arrival.
If previously informed Igor and Andrea can wait for you on the time you asked.
We remind you to communicate your possible delay not to miss your reservation and deposit.
Apartments and rooms must be left within 10:30 am of your departure day

Info and Services
Rooms and apartments are located in the historical centre at the second floor of a building with a common entrance. No lift.
To reach the rooms you pass the relax and reading common room.
Here you can find an original fresco of the XIV century, a Tuscan Chimney and a loft, a small documentation of books, magazines and brochures about the history, landscape and culture in San Gimignano.
In the same building, inside the apartment finds also Andrea’s apartment.
Room and apartments are equipped with private bathrooms ,central heating, Tv sat- SKY, mini refrigerator, kitchen, wireless net to use with your personal pc and mobile.
Breakfast is not included.
Thanks to the central location from the apartment you can reach two bar pasticceria, typical  Tuscan  food shops and a bakery.
In the historical centre you can find the best restaurants, wine bar, wine shop, craftshops of San Gimignano.
Outside the medieval walls  there is a market (coop) you can reach by foot or city bus or auto.
La Mezzana Rossa doesn’t accept pets.
